Pinayagan ng Sandiganbayan Fifth Division si dating First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo na muling makalabas ng bansa at makapunta sa Europa, Japan, at Hong Kong mula Setyembre 15 hanggang Nobyembre 3.
Si Arroyo ay pupunta sa Madrid, Spain mula Setyembre 15-20; sa Munich, Germany mula Setyembre 20-25, Amsterdam, Netherlands mula Setyembre 25-28, Zurich, Switzerland mula Setyembre 28- Oktobre 1; Rome, Italy mula Oktobre 1-5.
Pupunta rin siya sa Osaka at Tokyo sa Japan mula Oktobre 23-29 at Hong Kong mula Oktobre 29-Nobyembre 3.
Kailangang magpaalam ni Arroyo sa Fifth Division tuwing lalabas ng bansa dahil nahaharap ito sa kasong paglabag sa Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act kaugnay ng maanomalya umanong pagbili sa mga second hand helicopter ng Philippine National Police na pinalabas na bago noong 2009.
Sa Lunes ay magsasagawa naman ng pagdinig ang Sandiganbayan Fourth Division sa hiling na ito ni Arroyo.
Sa Fourth Division nakabinbin ang kasong graft ni Arroyo kaugnay ng maanomalya umanong $329 milyong National Broadband Network deal ng gobyerno at ZTE Corporation.
Ang misis ni Arroyo na si dating Pangulo at ngayon ay Pampanga Rep. Gloria Arroyo ay naka-hospital arrest naman sa Veterans Memorial Medical Center kaugnay ng kinakaharap niyang kaso ng pandarambong dahil sa iregularidad umano sa paggastos ng P366 milyong confidential and intelligence fund ng Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.
