PANSAMANTALANG naantala ang operasyon ng Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT-3) matapos ang electrical failure ng isa sa mga tren sa southbound sa Santolan-Annapolis Station.
Tinatayang 850 pasahero ang pinababa mula sa nasiraang tren gana na alas-3:26 ng gabi matapos ang electrical failure sa isa sa mga motor ng tren, ayon kay MRT-3 media relations officer Aly Narvaez sa isang advisory.
Idinagdag ni Narvaez na dinala ang tren sa depot sa North Avenue, Quezon City para sa makumpuni.
“The electrical failure in the train motor may have been caused by worn out electrical sub-components,” sabi ni Narvaez.
Ito na ang pang-anim na aberya na naiulat nitong Pebrero.
