“The time of imprisonment will commence to run from March 21, 2016,” saad ng utos na pinirmahan ni Associate Justice Reynaldo Cruz na ipinadala sa Bureau of Corrections sa Muntinlupa.
“Wherefore, in light of all the foregoing, the Court finds accused Casimiro A. Padilla Jr., aka Roy Padilla Jr., guilty…. hereby imposes upon him an indeterminate prison term of four months and one day of arrest mayor as minimum to four years and two months of prison correctional as maximum,” saad ng desisyon na pinalabas noong Nobyembre 27, 2012.
