NABASA ang mga pulis at mga nagpoprotesta sa State of the Nation Address (Sona) ni Pangulong Aquino nang bumuhos ang napakalas na ulat bago makapananghali ngayong araw.
Bumuhos ang napakalas na ulan matapos namang magbabala ang Philippines Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) na mararanasan ang thunderstorm ganap na alas-11:35 ng umaga.
Ito’y matapos naman sumiklab ang tensiyon sa pagitan ng mga pulis at mga militanteng grupo matapos namang huliin, bugbugin at ikulong ng mga nagpoprotesta ang dalawang pulis na nagtangkang makilahok sa kanila.
