Nagsimula na kagabi ang bagong primetime series ng GMA na Makapiling Kang Muli na pinagbibidahan ni Richard Gutierrez kasama sina Carla Abellana at Sarah Lahbati.
At in fairness, maganda ang natatanggap naming komento mula sa mga nakapanood ng pilot episode.
Kung nasanay tayong napapanood si Richard sa mga fantaserye at medyo maaaksiyong proyekto, dito sa Makapiling Kang Muli ay mapapasabak naman ang GMA Primetime King sa pagdadrama.
Sinasabing mas mature, mas intense at mas daring ngayon ang aktor.
Playing the role of the embattled Martin Caballero, a poor but hardworking hacienda worker, talagang piniga raw si Richard ng kanilang direktor na si Ricky Davao para mailabas niya ang kanyang pagiging drama actor.
“His role tackles more drama in this soap and for sure, Richard’s followers will be surprised by his maturity as an actor, magugulat talaga sila sa bagong Richard, na mas malalim, mas palaban at mas daring,” ayon kay direk Ricky.Medyo masalimuot ang magiging takbo ng kuwento ng Makapiling Kang Muli kaya kailangan daw subaybayan n’yo ito gabi-gabi para wala kayong ma-miss na mga eksena dahil sabi nga ni Richard, “Mabilis ang takbo ng istorya, gabi-gabi may aasahan silang mabibigat ng eksena, lalo na sa mga karakter namin nina Carla at Sarah na parehong naging part ng buhay ni Martin Caballero!”
Makakasama rin sa Makapiling Kang Muli sina Mark Anthony Fernandez, Phillip Salvador, Robert Arevalo, Rio Locsin, Mark Gil, Gloria Romero, TJ Trinidad at John Lapus.
Pahabol pa ni direk Ricky, “We’re very proud of our work in this project.
This is not a typical soap opera.
The twists and turns in the plot and the character presentation will be enough to glue the televiewers til the end. Everyone gave his best. Hindi kami mapapahiya.”
Inamin ni Richard na sobrang challenging ang bago niyang serye, pero aniya, “I make sure that I enjoy every role that I portray and that I learn from every project assigned to me.
I don’t mind the hectic schedule that I keep.
I am very thankful for all of these because I know that these are precious blessings that don’t come to just about anybody.”
Bukod sa Makapiling Kang Muli, mapapanood pa rin si Richard tuwing Linggo sa Pinoy Adventures at pumirma na rin siya ng kontrata bilang endorser ng Delta Air Flying School ng AMA.
