XIAN Lim did not receive a P350,000 talent fee.
That’s the rumor circulating in showbusiness now. Masyado raw mataas ang kinowt na talent fee na tinanggap ni Xian for a performance sa Bicol during its Chinese New Year celebration which went wayward because it was alleged that the young hunk actor made some public officials in that region seethed with anger all because he turned down a few things like refusing to wear a T-shirt and accept a coffee table book.
Ipinamukha kay Xian ng isang public official sa Albay na P350,000 ang ibinayad nila sa actor and what they got was pambabastos.
But recent rumors ran counter to that claim. Hindi nga raw ang naturang halaga ang tinanggap na talent fee ng actor.
With this ay nagmukhang ewan ang public official.
Mukhang naisahan siya ng middleman na siyang kumita nang husto, that is, kung true nga na hindi naman P350,000 ang kinita ng actor mula sa raket na yon.
Now, the question is, sino ang kumita nang malaki, sino ang nangomisyon nang napakalaki? Any comment, Albay officials?
