Mabagal na serbisyo ng PhilHealth inireklamo

DEAR Aksyon Line,
Good Day!

I just want to clarify about my PhilHealth. My husband died on November 3, 2011 at Zaec Hospital, Zamboanga City. From the time he was admitted to the hospital on Oct 22, 2011 until he died ay wala kaming utang.

All bills were paid in cash. All medicines were bought in cash sa pharmacy sa labas ng hospital at ni isang gamot ay di namin nakuha mula sa pharmacy ng hospital.

When I received the benefit payment notice from Philhealth I immediately went to the hospital. The hospital told me that it was for them, not mine. So I went to PhilHealth office in Zamboanga City.

They told to make a request for re-adjustment and so I did. They told me that the processing would take some time because it would be processed in Manila.

Everytime I followed it up with their office, ang sabi nila ay “still processing.”
On June 2, 2014, I went to their office again and followed it up and I was so shocked when they told me na wala talaga akong matatangap from PhilHealth. How did this happen?
