Claudine natakot damputin ng mga pulis, kusang sumuko
SA takot na bigla na lang damputin ng mga pulis, inunahan na ni Claudine Barretto ang korte bago pa ito maglabas ng warrant of arrest laban sa kanya.
Nagpiyansa agad ang estranged wife ni Raymart Santiago para sa kasong robbery na isinampa ng dati niyang kasambahay na si Jenifer Murillo.
Sa utos ni Judge Felix Reyes, (dated June 6), kusang sumuko si Claudine sa Marikina Regional Trial Court at agad nagbayad ng piyansa na nagkakahalaga ng P100,000 para sa kanyang pansamantalang kalayaan.
Kasabay nito, ibinasura rin ng korte ang apela ng kampo ni Claudine noong April 21 na i-dismiss ang nasabing kaso dahil wala umamong sapat na ebidensiya ang nagdemanda laban sa kanya.
Ayon sa resolusyon na inilabas ni Judge Reyes, “Wherefore, the ‘Motion to Defer Issuance of or Recall Warrant of Arrrest and to Suspend Proceedings’ filed by the accused on April 21, 2014 is hereby DENIED for being moot and academic.
“However, in view of the voluntary surrender of the accused in the jurisdiction of the court, she is allowed to post a cash bond in the amount of One Hundered Thousand Pesos (P100,000) for her temporary liberty,” sabi pa ng korte.
Samantala, kung mapapansin n’yo, mukhang “ceasefire” muna sa pagitan nina Claudine at Raymart, ‘no! At wala na ring tayong masyadong naririnig na patutsadahan at bastusan between Claudine and her sisters Gretchen and Marjorie.
Kaya pala naman nilang manahimik nang ilang araw, di ba? Pero hanggang kailan kaya nila matitiis ang hindi magsalita at mag-alipustahan?
