OFW na nang-abandona ng pamilya, di pinalabas ng bansa

HINDI pinayagang makalabas ng bansa ang isang  overseas Filipino worker, na idinemanda ng kanyang misis dahil sa pang-aabandona sa kanya at sa kanilang limang anak, ng mga opisyal ng Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Kinilala ni Chief Insp. Jonathan Galang, chief of operations ng Manila Internatioanl Airport Authority  Security Center, ang OFW na hinarang na si Francisco Crisostomo Lua Jr., ng  Aringay, La Union.

Inaresto si Lua, 33, electrician, base sa warrant of arrest na inisyu laban sa kanya ni Aringay regional trial court Branch 31 Judge Clifton Ganay para sa kasong paglabag sa  Anti-Violation Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 na isinampa ng kanyang misis na si  Lulu Lua.
Maliban sa warrant of arrest, nag-isyu din ang Department of Justice ng hold departure order laban sa OFW na patungo sana ng Taiwan.

Kinasuhan ang OFW ng kanyang misis dahil sa pag-abandona at hindi pagbibigay ng sustento sa kanilang limang anak simula noong isang taon.  Inakusahan din ng misis ang kanyang mister na may kalaguyo.

Ayon naman kay Lua, alam niyang may kaso siyang kinakaharap at posibleng mawalan anya siya ng trabaho dahil sa pagkakaaresto sa kanya. – Inquirer
