MUKHANG mahaharap sa kasong Cyberlibel o Republic Act 10175 at violation of data privacy, Republic Act 10173 si Jam Villanueva, ex-girlfriend ni Anthony Jennings.
Naglabas kasi ng series of conversation nina Maris at Anthony si Jam nitong December 3 ng gabi sa pamamagitan ng screenshots sa cellphone ng aktor na kaagad namang naging viral hanggang ngayong Huwebes, December 5.
Inabutan si Jam ng desiyong ng Korte Suprema nitong December 3 na pwede nang magamit sa korte bilang ebidensiya ang chat logs at videos.
Kaya namin nasabing mahaharap si Jam sa mga nabanggit na kaso ay sa dahilang nag-post ang legal counsel ng ABS-CBN Star Magic na si Atty. Joji V. Alonso kagabi na tila babala o baka ipaalam na magpa-file ng kaso ang dalawang artista.
Base sa post ni Atty. Joji, “Assuming that all the screenshots are legit, the fact remains that Maris and Anthony have committed NO crime. Their actions may be regarded as morally wrong, but they were never married to their respective partners.”

Hindi naman binale wala ng legal counsel ng Star Magic ang sakit na naramdaman ni Jam dahil sa di umano’y panloloko sa kanya nina Maris at Anthony ay wala pa rin siyang karapatang maglabas ng private conversations dahil ito ay labag sa batas.
Sabi pa, “Jamela, on the other hand, has committed at least 2 crimes with her actions – cyber libel and violation of data privacy. She cannot hide her actions under the guise of ‘moving on.’
“Yes, she may have experienced pain and betrayal, but this does NOT give her the license to violate the law. Nemo jus sibi dicere potest.”
Samantala, ang “Nemo jus sibi dicere potest” ay Latin phrase na ang ibig sabihin according to Google ay, “no one can declare the law for themselves” at ang “jus sibi dicere” ay “to take the law into one’s own hands or to declare the law for oneself.”
Anyway, sinilip namin ang Instagram account at stories ni Jamela kung nandoon pa ang mga pinost niyang screen shots convo nina Maris at Anthony at nawala na lahat, marahil ay nahimasmasan o bumaba na ang galit niya kaya napag-isip-isip niyang tanggalin lahat dahil nga baka makasuhan siya, pero huli na dahil marami na ang nakapag-share ng posts niya.
Sina Maris at Anthony ay sumikat bilang loveteam na Snorene sa online series na “Can’t Buy Me Love” nina Donny Pangilinan at Belle Mariano.
Sa kasalukuyan ay magkasama rin ang dalawa sa upcoming online series na pagbibidahan nina Richard Gutierrez, Daniel Padilla at Ian Veneracion at kasama rin sila ni Vice Ganda sa pelikula nitong ipalalabas sa December 25 sa pagdiriwang ng 50th Metro Manila Film Festival.
