“MADALING tandaan, madaling gawin and for sure ay ma-eenjoy mo.”

Kwento ng chef sa kanyang speech sa event, “It was so, so nice…Natakot ako kasi of course, hindi naman ako masyadong hard core K-Drama fan, so ang nangyari, hindi ko masyadong kabisado [kung paano niluluto]…But reading the ingredients, you will be excited na lahat talaga is mayroong equivalent na Filipino, so madali siyang maintindihan.”

“So the first time that I cooked the dishes using the cook book…walang trial and error. Kasi all the recipes are fool proof,” chika pa niya.

Gayunpaman, paglilinaw ng chef: “Like all recipe books, it’s more of a guideline. So if you want to be more cheesy, to make it more spicy, to make it more salty ‘diba you can add more soy o kaya kapag maanghang, bawasan natin. So everything naman is up to the tea.”

Dagdag pa niya, “But I hope you will enjoy cooking the recipes as I did. Madaling tandaan, madaling gawin, ma-e-enjoy niyo.”

Maliban sa very detailed na step by step procedure ng pagluluto, may nabanggit din si Ms. Ivory about sa special feature ng nasabing libro.

“Alam niyo, ang perfect pa diyan. Just in case na hindi mo makita ‘yung recipe or hindi mo ma-gets, merong QR code on the side. It’s so good. It goes directly to a five minute video and you can really enjoy it lang. So I’m also excited for this!”
