“HINDI ako nagji-gym dahil gusto kong pumogi o maging macho…matagal ko nang tinanggap na hindi mangyayari yun,” ang makahulugang hugot ng OPM icon na si Chito Miranda.

Maraming nag-like at na-inspire sa isang Instagram post ng premyadong singer-songwriter patungkol sa kanyang lifestyle ngayon.

Ayon sa bokalista ng Parokya ni Edgar, ginagawa niya ang lahat para mas maging malakas at healthy, hindi lang para sa kanyang sarili kundi pati na rin sa asawa niyang si Neri Miranda at sa kanilang mga anak.

Nag-post si Chito ng litrato niya sa IG kalakip ang paliwanag kung bakit kinakarir niya ang pagwo-workout sa gym.

“May gusto lang ako linawin.

“Hindi ako nagji-gym dahil gusto ko pumogi o maging macho…matagal ko nang tinanggap na hindi mangyayari yun (at matagal na akong mayabang para magpa-pogi pa hahaha),”

“I go to the gym kasi gusto ko maging healthy para sa pamilya ko.

“Yun lang yun. Ganu’n lang ka-simple,” ang simulang pahayag ni Chito.

Patuloy pa niya, “I embraced a healthier lifestyle because I want to live longer and be as strong as possible, as long as possible, dahil ayaw ko iwan ang pamilya ko ng maaga.

“Gusto ko tumanda kasama ni Neri at makapag-travel kami ng hindi nagrereklamo na pagod na ako maglakad.

“Gusto ko makipaglaro sa mga anak ko na hindi nagrereklamo na pagod ako.

“Gusto ko sila kargahin hangga’t pumapayag sila magpakarga, at makipag-sabayan sa basketball or hiking pag teenagers na sila,” sey pa ng award-winning singer-songwriter.

Dagdag pang paliwanag ni Chito, “I want my wife and kids to be with the best version of myself na kaya ko ibigay sa kanila.

“Neri needs a healthy husband.

“My kids need a healthy dad.

“…because my family deserves the best.

“AKO ang mag-aalaga sa kanila…not the other way around,” mariin pa niyang sabi.

Marami naman ang nag-react sa post na ito ni Chito. Narito ang ilan.
