FAKE news ang kumalat na balita sa social media na nagdadalang-tao na ang misis ni Quezon City 1st District Rep. Arjo Atayde na si Maine Mendoza.
Iyan ang nilinaw ng award-winning actor at kongresista matapos kumalat ang chika na buntis na raw si Maine kaya bigla siyang nawala kamakailan sa “Eat Bulaga.”
Nakachikahan ng members ng entertainment media si Arjo sa naganap na pa-thanksgiving niya nitong nagdaang Biyernes, September 13, kasama ang kanyang mga magulang na sina Sylvia Sanchez at Art Atayde.

“Ay hindi po, it’s just really a vacation for our first wedding anniversary,” paglilinaw ng aktor at public servant sa balitang pregnant na ang kanyang wifey.
Sa tanong kung kailan nila plano ni Maine na magkaroon ng baby, “I don’t want to disclose na. But definitely, we talked about those things, and definitely in due time.
“I just have some priorities for now, ‘cause elections are coming. In due time. That’s one thing of course, that we’re looking forward to, to have our own family,” sabi ng premyadong aktor na unang-unang nagpa-Christmas party sa media na ginanap sa kanyang headquarter sa Q.C.
Samantala, muli na namang ipinamalas ng actor-public servant ang kanyang status bilang internationally-acclaimed artist, matapos ang kanyang big win sa 2024 ContentAsia Awards.
Itinanghal siya bilang Best Male Lead in a TV Program/Series para sa kanyang paganap sa papel ni Anton dela Rosa, ang complex at intense central character ng “Cattleya Killer.”
Ang “Cattleya Killer” ay isang Filipino crime-thriller series mula saABS-CBN at Nathan Studios. Nag-premiere ito globally sa Prime Video noong June 1, 2023.
Sa direksyon ni Dan Villegas at panulat niDodo Dayao, umiikot ito sa murder investigation na kunektado sa lumang kaso sangkot ang isang notorious serial killer.
Pinagsama ng show ang suspense, mystery, at psychological drama, habang pinapasok ang madidilim na lihim ng mga karakter at ang kuneksyon nila sa mga pagpatay.
Nakakuha ang show ng worldwide acclaim for its gripping plot, high production value, and strong performances, lalo na si Arjo, kaya naman naka-posisyon ang Cattleya Killer bilang isa sa mga most significant Filipino crime dramas in recent years.
Sa awards ceremony sa Taipei, sinabi ni Arjo ang kanyang heartfelt gratitude sa lahat ng tumulong upang makamit niya ang victory na ito.
