Paalala ni Jose Mari Chan: Everyday should be Christmas Day!

“Everyday should be Christmas Day. The spirit of Christmas is giving and sharing, that is what gives meaning to life,” ang sagot ng veteran singer-songwriter sa panayam ng “Unang Hirit”.

“We have to share our blessings with those in need,” dagdag pa niya.

Many of them are funny.”

Baka Bet Mo: Jose Mari Chan ayaw sa titulong ‘Father of Filipino Christmas Songs, mas OK daw tawaging ‘Chan-ta-Claus’

Sa isang event kamakailan ay naging emosyonal si JMC nang makisabay sa kanya ang audience sa pagkanta niya ng “Christmas In Our Hearts.”

“What surprised me was the whole crowd sang along with me, and I was so touched and moved,” chika ni JMC.

Palagi ring sinasabi ni Tito Joe na hindi kailangang tawagin siyang “Father of Christmas Carols” o “King of Christmas Carols.”

“I don’t like that. I’m just your regular Filipino singer-songwriter who happened to write a song, a Christmas song, that our people both young and old love, so it’s a blessing to me and I thank God for that gift,” pahayag ni JMC.
