MATAPOS maglabas ng saloobin si Christian Bables hinggil sa pagpapabaya sa namatay niyang aso, naglabas na ng official statement ang crematorium na tinutukoy ng aktor.
Lumuluhang nagkuwento ang Kapamilya star tungkol sa nangyari sa pet dog niyang si Hope nang kunin niya ang serbisyo ng Haven of Angels Memorial Chapels and Crematorium para sa pagpapalibing dito.
Inireklamo ng premyadong aktor ang naturang crematorium dahil feeling niya ay nabastos at hindi nirespeto ng mga tauhan nito ang labi ng pumanaw niyang alaga.

Nang makita raw niya si Hope sa naturang establisimyento ay parang hindi nilinis at inayos ang itsura ni Hope at basta na lang inilagay sa pwesto nito.

“Ang panget sa pakiramdam ‘yun kasi last time makikita ‘yung someone I dearly love, alam ko hindi lahat maintindihan nararamdaman ko. Pamilya ko kasi ‘yun malaki siyang part ng support system ko,” ang emosyonal na pahayag ni Christian sa interview ng ABS-CBN.
Aniya, isang maliwanag na pambabastos at kawalang-respeto sa namatay na aso ang ginawa ng inirereklamong crematorium.
Kaya humihingi siya ng public apology, “I think its about time to speak up that animals of all kinds and sizes should be treated with enough respect and decency buhay pa man na kasama natin o namayapa na.
“Alam ko marami ring fur parents na makakaintindi sa nararamdaman ko ngayon. This is to place awareness na sana wala na furparent or furbabies na makaranas ng ganito,” sabi pa ni Christian.

Kasunod nito, naglabas nga ng public apology ang naturang pet crematorium. Narito ang ilang bahagi ng kanilang official statement.
“As far as our viewing process is concerned, we placed Hope inside the chapel and on the table with flower arrangements.
“However, Mr. Bables had more expectations to give Hope a memorable send-off, which unfortunately, we were not able to meet.
“We understand the importance of this process and the emotional significance it holds to him as a pet owner and fur parent. On this matter, we apologize.

Nire-review na raw ng crematorium ang insidente at kinakausap na rin ang kanilang staff. Siniguro rin nila ang publiko na, “We will use this experience to enhance our processes and ensure that such an incident will not occur in the future.
“We are committed to providing the utmost care and attention to every pet entrusted to us, and we will implement measures to improve our services with the hope of meeting the expectations of our valued clients,” ang nakasaad pa sa statement.
Ni-repost naman ni Christian ang naging pahayag ng pet crematorium kalakip ang kanyang mensahe, “I believe accepting your apology and accountability is a step towards brighter days for me and my beloved dog at the Rainbow Bridge, Hope.
“I hope and pray we all learn from this experience and ensure that the future of all living and breathing animals is filled with the love and care they deserve. Thank you for standing with me, for Hope, Atty. Rafael Vicente Calinisan,” aniya pa.
