Jayda may hugot sa TOTGA, nilabas ang single na ‘Right Lover, Wrong Time’

PINAGTAGPO, pero hindi itinadhana.
Ito ang mensahe sa bagong hugot song ng OPM artist na si Jayda Avanzado na pinamagatang “Right Lover, Wrong Time.”
Kamakailan lang, nagkaroon ng exclusive press conference ang singer at isa ang BANDERA sa mga naimbitahan niya.
Nag-open up si Jayda tungkol sa bagong kanta at inamin na hango ito mismo sa personal niyang karanasan at sa taong pinaniniwalaan niyang TOTGA o the one that got away.
“This is one aspect of heartbreak that you kinda feel because you feel that this person could have been for you but because of some factors, ‘yun nga, pinagtagpo kayo pero hindi kayo tinadhana,” sey niya.
Dagdag pa niya, “With my music, I just want to show that at the end of the day, I’m a human being. Nakakaranas din ako ng heartbreak, iniiwan ako, nakakaranas din ako ng sakit and that’s fine. There’s no shame in that.”

Proud ding ibinunyag ni Jayda na nakasama niya sa pagsusulat ng single ay ang kanyang ama at politician-singer na si Dingdong Avanzado.
“When I finished the demo for the English version, my dad heard the song and when he heard it, he told me, ‘Nak, pag tinagalog mo ‘to, I really think that it could be a really beautiful song.’ So my dad and I worked together and he’s also credited as my co-writer as well for this track,” kwento niya.

Pagkatapos ng presscon, nagkaroon ng one-on-one interview ang BANDERA kasama si Jayda at sinabi ng singer na masayang-masaya siya dahil mapapakinggan na ng buong mundo ang bagong hugot song.
“Okay na okay ako ngayon. I’m really happy that finally na-release na ‘yung latest single ko na ‘Right Lover, Wrong Time.’ So it’s a very proud moment and I’m really happy and it’s out for the world to hear,” sagot niya nang kinamusta namin siya.
Nabanggit din ng OPM singer na nais niyang damayan ang mga makikinig na may kaparehong pinagdadaanan sa pag-ibig kaya niya naisulat ang kanta.
Ayon pa kay Jayda, ito ang kauna-unang beses na nakaramdam siya ng tunay na pagmamahal sa isang tao, pero sa isang iglap ay tila bigla nalang ito naglaho sa kanya.
“The reason why I was able to call this person the right lover, wrong time because it was the first time na naramdaman ko ‘yun sa isang tao na I felt secure and felt things were going our way or going my way na ito pala ‘yung feeling na ma-value ng isang tao ng ganun of that level. And ‘yan ‘yung akala ko na what I thought I had and then obviously, circumstances happen,” kwento niya.
Chika pa niya, “I won’t go into so much detail with it, pero sometimes, life has a funny way of parang making things happen. The way I see it, looking back on it, baka naman siguro nangyari din naman talaga ‘yun para masulat ko ‘yung kanta na ito.”
“It brought me pain, but I’m able to bring joy or even just empathy doon sa mga tao na nakaranas ng ganun through this song kasi parang I feel like we have our purpose dito sa mundo. And I feel like my purpose is to be able to communicate and make people feel things with my music,” ani niya.
Sa bandang huli, pinaalala ni Jayda na ang “right love” ay ‘yung taong magpaparamdam sayo ng “security” at pagtitiwala.
“I don’t think the song is really about giving advice since parang kinukwento ko lang talaga ‘yung naging experience ko,” saad niya.
Patuloy niya, “Isa sa mga natutunan ko sa love is it really goes both ways na if you ever feel like na parang ikaw lang, then there’s something wrong with that. The right kind of love is the secure kind of love where this person doesn’t make you overthink.”

Sabi ng singer, abangan ang mas maraming hugot songs na talaga namang makaka-relate ang marami.
“They can expect more [Tagalog songs] for sure…expect me trying to get out of my comfort zone with my songs and start talking about more of life,” wika niya.
Sambit pa niya, “I think that’s one of the things that I really like in the position that I’m in now because it feels like a clean state, parang bagong chapter ito ni Jayda. And what I really like about that is people get to see the more human side of myself, so I think they can expect a lot more of that.”
Ang “Right Lover, Wrong Time” ay mapapakinggan na sa lahat ng digital music platforms.
