Alodia Gosiengfiao nag-babu na sa Tier One: Our visions are not aligned

KINUMPIRMA ng cosplayer at gamer na si Alodia Gosiengfiao ang kanyang pamamaalam sa Tier One Entertainment.
Nitong Huwebes, November 24, ibinahagi niya sa madlang pipol ang malungkot na balita sa kanyang pag-alis.
“It is with a heavy heart that I bid Tier One Entertainment farewell. The journey we shared in building the company has been both challenging and rewarding,” pagbabahagi ni Alodia.
Pagpapatuloy niya, “However, it has become evident that our visions and values are not aligned.”
Sa kabila ng kanyang pag-alis ni Alodia ay nananatiling grateful ang cosplayer sa kanyang mga naranasan habang parte pa ng kumpanya.
“I am grateful for the experiences, relationships, and accomplishments we’ve achieved together,” sey pa niya.

Labis naman ang pasasalamat ng esports talent agency sa lahat ng kanyang mga naging kontribusyon sa kumpanya at inaming hindi sila makakarating sa kung nasaan sila ngayon kung wala si Alodia.

Mensahe pa nito kay Alodia, “We are truly grateful for the time and dedication you have given us over the years. In the Philippines and around the world, you are undeniably one of one. It is essential for everyone to find a place where their values align and their vision can flourish.”
Hiling naman ng esports talent agency na maging maayos rin ang tatahaking next journey ng gamer-cosplayer.
“We wish you all the best in your next chapter and hope you find that place, both professionally and within your beautiful growing family.”
Matatandaang noong 2007 nang itatag ni Alodia ang Tier One Entertainment kasama sina Tryke Gutierrez at Brian Lim. Sila ang nagma-manage ng mga content creators gaya nina Cong TV at ng sikat na Blacklist International esports label.
