FINALLY, nakalaya na ang 64-year old mother ng estranged wife ni Victor Consunji na si Maggie Wilson na inaresto nu’ng Miyerkoles, Oktubre 11 ng umaga sa kasong carnapping.
Nagulat si Maggie sa pag-aresto sa pinakamamahal na inang si Ginang Sonia Nales dahil paano siya kinasuhan ng carnapping gayung wala itong driver’s license at hindi rin marunong magmaneho?

“An update: It’s been a tough 36 hours for our family, knowing that my 64-year old mother had to spend time in a cramped cell with 57 other women for a crime that was impossible for her to commit.
“On October 11, 2023, my mom, whom everyone fondly calls Tita Sonia was arrested approximately 10:30AM by several police officers with allegations of Car Napping despite not having a driver’s license, let alone knowing how to drive a vehicle.
“These types of grave injustices cement why so many citizens of our country have little to no faith in our justice system.
“The accusations made by Victor Consunji, Bernie Mendoza, and associates are the same person who made countless false allegations against me, @iamtimconnor, and many others.
“What transpired over the past several months is that these types of accusations don’t just apply to me, my family, or Tim but to others as well. Unfortunately, it’s just a smoke screen for countless cases and complaints he currently has against him and the companies he is associated with.
“Knowing that one man is causing this much mayhem, chaos, and distrust is worrying.
“I am relieved to share that my mother has been released on bail (Ph300,000.). It has become glaringly evident that the criminal case filed against her is nothing of malicious.”
Ayon kay Maggie ay kahit saan sila makarating ay hindi niya uurungan ang legal battle na kinakaharap niya ngayon dito sa Pilipinas at kahit sa labas pa ng bansa.
