“My goal is to stay as fit as possible in order to keep up with my active daughter. Maintaining her energy levels and actively participating in her activities—lalo na pag babalik na din ako sa tapings/shootings,” simulang mensahe ni Winwyn.
Patuloy pa niya, “In addition to my physical health, I place a high value on my mental health. I try to schedule time for hobbies that I enjoy, such as reading, listening to music, cooking and being outside (kahit walking around the village lang).
“I also learned how to meditate with mindfulness, which helps me stay focused and relaxed.
“Finding balance in life is a never-ending process that takes discipline and determination,” dagdag pang pahayag ng Kapuso star.
Pahabol pang pahayag ng anak nina Joey Marquez at Alma Moreno, “Mahirap but pag ginagawa consistently I know that I’ll be able to lead a more fulfilling life and be there for my family.
“Every day, I wake up to the sound of my baby’s laughter and cries. As I go about my day, I try to cherish every moment I spend with my child. Whether it’s playing with toys, going for a walk, reading a storybook, or nap times like this… every moment spent with my baby is special.
“However, as much as I want to hold my baby like this forever, I know that it’s not possible. That is why I try to make the utmost of every moment.
“So, I’ll continue to hold my baby tight, and enjoy every moment we spend together, knowing that these memories will last a lifetime. (FYI ‘Bahay Kubo’ is Luna’s fave lullaby song.. when she got sick gusto niya na ganito i-hele..),” pagbabahagi ng aktres.
Ilang linggo matapos niyang isilang si Baby Luna ay isinapubliko ni Winwyn ang tungkol sa pinagdaranaang postpartum, “There are times that I find myself fold under the pressure of it all and cry for days pero natutunan ko that I shouldn’t be afraid to ask help because even if I think I can do everything alone and be a super mom (like I imagined while being pregnant) with my newborn —I can’t yet.
“Laking tulong may kausap na kaibigan and family, laking tulong na supportive ang partner….a simple hug and paalala na nandiyan siya malaking bagay na.
“Sabi nga nila it will be a little easier as days go by. I’m tired, no proper sleep, boobs are sore from breastfeeding, my body hurts, yung sugat masakit, deadma sa itsura and adjusting uli sa madaming bagong bagay but Thank God for Luna’s daddy kasi he has been taking care of me while I take care of our baby,” lahad ng Kapuso star.
Day, “I want to express my gratitude to all mothers right now for showing up every day, giving their children their all, and investing everything they have into raising their children.
“I appreciate everything you do. From mother to mother – Thank you To Luna, Thank you for making me a mother,” aniya pa.
