Tito, Vic & Joey, iba pang Dabarkads hindi matsutsugi sa ‘Eat Bulaga’, chikang paglayas sa GMA 7 ‘fake news’
FAKE news at walang katotohanan ang kumakalat na balita na mawawala na sa GMA 7 ang longest-running noontime show sa Pilipinas na “Eat Bulaga”.
Yan ang ipinagdiinan ni Dapitan Mayor Bullet Jalosjos, ang chief finance officer ng Television and Production Exponent (TAPE) Inc., na siyang producer ng longest running noontime show.
Sa episode ngayong araw ng “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda”, Wednesday, siniguro ni Bullet Jalosjos na mananatili ang “Eat Bulaga” sa Kapuso Network dahil hanggang 2025 pa ang kontrata ng TAPE sa GMA.
Hindi rin daw matsutsugi sa show ang iconic trio at original hosts ng “EB” na sina Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto at Joey de Leon, “Definitely they will stay. They have always been a part and they will always be a part of Eat Bulaga.
“So, kahit baligtarin natin, hindi talaga sila puwedeng mawala sa Eat Bulaga. And Eat Bulaga cannot live without TVJ. And I think, personally, TVJ also cannot live without Eat Bulaga,” paliwanag pa niya.
Mananatili rin daw sa show ang iba pang Dabarkads na sina Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Paolo Ballesteros, Ryan Agoncillo, Maine Mendoza, Ryzza Mae Dizon at Allan K.
Sinagot din ng alkalde ang mga tsismis na may financial issues ang TAPE, “Wala po. When we transition, siyempre, we have to study everything.

“I want to assure everyone that we are financially stable. The company is okay. We’re doing good. We can pay our talents. We can pay GMA so wala po tayong talagang problema when it comes to money,” paliwanag pa niya.
Ang kinumpirma niya ay ang “new and improved” “Eat Bulaga”, kung saan mas malalaking pasabog at papremyo ang kailangang abangan ng mga Dabarkads all over the universe.
Samantala, tinawag ding fake news ng TV executive ang chika na may utang ang TAPE na P2 billion kay Bossing at halos isang taon na raw itong hindi nababayaran.
“Honestly, wala po (financial problem). I think lumabas lang yung haka-haka or tsismis na yan because when we transition, siyempre you have to study everything.
“So, siguro a part of the speculations, nagkakaproblema kami sa pera, but I want to assure everyone that we are financially stable. The company is okay, we’re doing good, we pay our talents, so wala po talagang problema when it comes to money.
“That’s why maganda po talaga kung sana pwede rin makausap all the talents, maimbita natin sa show din to assure everyone that we are in good relations with the company and with the board, and tuloy-tuloy ang ligaya kay Eat Bulaga,” esplika pa ng alkalde.
