MAY bonggang proyekto si Miss Universe 2010 4th runner-up Venus Raj ngayong Marso!
“I’m really blessed with ‘Podcast Network Asia’ na they’re helping me with all the production, lahat ‘yan,” sey niya.
“Basically, the idea of this podcast is I’m the ‘Ate’ and we would really want to engage the Gen Z’s and the Millenials. So as the Ate, they can ask me, they can write a letter and then give a bit of my opinion about the letter or about their circumstances,” paliwanag niya.
Dagdag pa niya, “Pero we always say that we are not to solve their problems. But I can think it through with them. Maybe give them a bit of perspective para magkaroon sila ng ideya na, you know, ibang bagay.”
Ang sagot ng beauty queen, “There was a point, I think this is few years ago parang I spoke loosely about someone, and I was not careful with my words, and parang nakarating ‘yung sinabi ko sa tao, and so I really know that it’s not only a mistake but that’s really – hindi siya magandang bagay na gawin.”
Siyempre nabanggit din niya ang kanyang major, major success in life at ito raw ang pagiging aktibo sa pagtulong sa mga kabataan.
“I really consider it as a major success because not everyone is given a platform to reach out to the younger generation,” saad niya.
Patuloy pa niya, “Right now, I’m part of an organization called ‘Elevate Movement Incorporated,’ we have a program called #NotALone. So we go to different schools, we go to highschools and colleges, universities in the Philippines.”
Sabi ni Venus, “I don’t know. Maybe I have different trajectory when it comes to my life. I have tried that in the past and I have seen how – you know, it helped me a lot, that helped my family a lot.”
“But maybe this season and the coming season of my life, I’m focusing more on how can I use the remaining days or years of my life to be able to encourage and influence other people, and I can do that even I’m not part of the showbiz industry,” aniya.
Panawagan niya pa, “If you know people especially Gen Z’s or maybe Millenials who are going through some tough times in their life, you might want to encourage them to send us a letter and we hope that our perspective or thoughts will be able to help them as they are going through at different moments in their life.”
