“I’m not gonna lie—it was an emotional roller coaster ride for me. Especially with the first full moon being in Cancer which is one of the most emotional signs in astrology.

“This definitely brought up so much of my past pain and traumas. Add to the fact that Mars has been in retrograde since October 30, 2022 which explains so much of the delays in our work, poor decision making, sudden outbursts of anger and internal issues in our relationships,” simulang pagbabahagi ni Maxene sa kanyang social media followers.

Pagpapatuloy niya, “Thankfully, it ended yesterday which means we are now in the clear and ready to move forward to achieve our goals and dreams while still being mindful of our behavior.

“Sharing what my astrologer @bunnysaging said in one of his posts, ‘Have fun and be responsible for your actions.’

“In these past couple of weeks, I focused and invested my energy on endless self-work through meditation, prayer, running, yoga, mindful eating and more prayers.

“I made sure to keep a healthy balance between work and play—swimming in the pool, indulging in my favorite food, doing a little bit of home improvement, working out at the gym, baking vegan cookies, watching some of my favorite movies and talking to God in church,” lahad pa ng anak ng yumaong Master Rapper at OPM icon na si Francis Magalona.

Sey pa ni Maxene, may mga natutunan siyang ilang paraan para malabanan ang kanyang mental health issues.

“Sometimes, the mind can get noisy + foggy. When this happens to me, I simply look up to the moon and stars and remember that I am not my thoughts.

“I am more than my mind and my physical body. I am an infinite being of love and light who is limitless, courageous and free.

“Patting myself on the back for doing all the hard inner work that most humans refuse to do. I am very proud to say that by the grace of God, ‘I built me.'” pahayag pa ni Maxene Magalona.
