Coleen Garcia ibinandera ang ‘fit & toned’ body matapos manganak 2 years ago: My body’s not back to normal
TILA marami ang napa-wow at napabilib sa social media post recently ng aktres na si Coleen Garcia tungkol sa kanyang post-pregnancy body.
Matapos kasi ang mahigit dalawang taon mula nang isilang ang first baby nila ng TV host-actor na si Billy Crawford ay mukhang bumalik na ang kanyang “fit” at “toned” body.
Ayon pa sa Instagram Stories ng aktres, natutuwa siya sa naging improvement ng kanyang katawan pero hindi na raw niya inaasahang babalik ito sa normal.
Caption niya sa IG post, “My body’s not back to normal (and I don’t expect it to ever be!) but to be fair, I’ve seen a little improvement with loose skin.”
“You can see it when the light is super bright and harsh. My real problem area is the skin above my belly button, but I used to have more loose skin below that, too. It’s very minimal now and you can only see it when I bend like that,” kwento ng celebrity mom.
“Either way, I’m happy with where I am now and even where I was before! But of course, it would be great to see improvement,” ani ng aktres.
Sinabi din ni Coleen na itutuloy pa rin niya ang maging fit ngayong taon.
“Now to start working out regularly & eating well again! 2023 naaa,” aniya.
Noong September 2020 nang manganak si Coleen kay Amari, ang panganay nila ni Billy.
Taong 2018 naman ikinasal ang couple matapos ang apat na taong relasyon.
Matatandaan noong nakaraang buwan ay kinilalang “Best Actress” si Coleen sa El Grito International Fantastic Film Festival na naganap sa bansang Venezuela.
Ang pagkilala kay Coleen ay para sa kanyang pagganap sa horror movie na “Kaluskos.”
Ayon pa sa kanya, ang natanggap niyang panalo ay isang karangalan para sa kanya.
Sey niya sa caption, “Yesterday I woke up to the exciting news that I won Best Actress at the El Grito International Fantastic Film Festival in Venezuela! (smiling face with hearts emoji) Thank you so much to the jury for selecting me. I am so honored! (white heart emoji)”
