“Hi ANGELICA P., No fee, No ID, No problem.

“What are the chances na kapag bago na ang phone number mo, hindi ka na matetext ng mga nagsasabing ‘beshie its your lucky day’ or ‘you are now hired’ or ‘we are hiring’ napakadami ko nang na block,” sey ni Angge.

“Here is not a single day that I did not receive offers from unknown numbers. This never happened before pandemic. Is it with contract tracing forms, or online shopping platforms,” saad ng isang netizen.

Comment pa ng isa, “Whenever i got a text message from unknown numbers, blocked agad!

“Wala. Scammers use a program and sends it to a ‘range’ of numbers, so it no longer matters whether your number is new or recycled. I have another number that nobody knows about but I get the same messages from what I get on my main line,” chika naman ng isa.

“For now, the only thing we can do is report the numbers to Globe or NTC. The real solution is #SimCardRegistrationACT. Hopefully, it becomes a law soon,” sey nito.
