“PEACE is possible. But only if you truly, madly, deeply want it!”

First, we pray…Then we play.

“I really feel like part of my soul’s mission here on earth is to encourage other souls to pray and devote more time and energy to God. A lot of you ask me about what I do to gain inner peace and my answer is very simple—by making a home for God in my heart,” ang unang pagbabahagi ni Maxene.

Aniya pa, “Every morning, before I start my day, I sit and practice deep breathing in silent meditation for at least an hour and offer every breath to God as this is my way of showing Him and making Him feel my infinite gratitude and devotion.

“This is also my way of transitioning slowly from being asleep to waking up to a brand new day. By being still and not doing anything, I am sending a signal to the Universe that I completely surrender to its magic and have faith that God will always guide and protect me no matter where I go,” dagdag pang pahayag ng aktres.

“I’ve been doing this for almost 2 years now and I have to say, having a daily spiritual practice makes me move through this world with more ease, peace and grace.

“By praying and surrendering myself to God first and foremost every morning, I get to play and enjoy the rest of the day—even when challenges arise.

“Rooting myself in God’s love and energy makes me centered which helps me stay ready for whatever life throws at me,” lahad ni Maxene.

Sabi pa ng Kapamilya star, kailangang karirin talaga ang pagkakaroon ng kapayapaan ng isip at puso, “Inner peace is gained when we commit to doing the self-work that we need in order to quiet the chattering mind, heal the wounded heart and free the imprisoned soul.

“So if you’re wondering why I don’t just allow anyone to have access to my energy and protect my peace so much—it’s because I work damn hard to get it. Peace is possible. But only if you truly, madly, deeply want it,” sey pa ng aktres gamit ang hashtag #MeditatewithMaxene.
