VP Sara Duterte wagi sa kanyang Bagobo Tagabawa tribe dress para sa 2022 Sona ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos

WINNER ang paandar na OOTD ni Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte-Carpio sa pagbubukas kanina ng 19th Congress sa Batasang Pambansa.

Ito rin ang inaasahang suot ng Bise Presidente sa kauna-unahang State of the Nation Address (Sona) ng Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong Marcos”, Jr..

Maraming namangha at na-shock nang dumating sa Batasang Pambansa si VP Sara with her traditional Bagobo Tagabawa dress.

In fairness, nabigyan naman ng hustisya ng bagong Vice President ng Pilipinas ang nasabing tradisyunal na kasuotan ng Bagobo Tagabawa tribe ng Davao.

Ang nasabing tribo ay isa sa tinaguriang “largest groups of indigenous peoples in Southern Mindanao.”

Makikita sa Bagobo Tagabawa dress ang makulay na tradisyon ng tribo mula sa Davao “with its intricate beading and stitchwork with unique patterns.”

Ayon sa spokesman ni VP Sara na si Reynold Munsayac, hiniram lamang ng anak ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang kanyang OOTD mula kay Bae Sheirelle Antonio, ang deputy mayor ng Tagabawa tribe sa Davao City.

Paliwanag ni Musayac, ang paggawa kasi ng buong “ensemble” ng nabanggit na traditional attire ay tatagal ng mahigit isang buwan kaya siguradong hindi na ito aabot sa Sona ng Pangulong Bongbong Marcos.
