Tirso Cruz III pormal nang naupo sa pwesto bilang FDCP chairman
OPISYAL nang nakaupo sa pwesto bilang Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) ang batikang aktor na si Tirso Cruz III.
Ito ay kinumpirma mismo ng dating FDCP chair na so Liza Diño sa pamamagitan ng kanyang Facebook live nitong Huwebes, July 21.
“Good evening everyone. This afternoon, chair Tirso Cruz III came to the office for a meeting and to officially assume his duties as the new FDCP chairman effective today, July 21, 2022,” pagbabahagi ni Liza.
Aniya, nagpunta raw ang batikang aktor at kasalukuyang FDCP chair sa kanyang opisina para makipag-pulong at para opisyal na itong maupo sa kanyang pwesto.
“Our team was able to present the FDCP’s programs and accomplishments for the last six years. With this new development, I would like to assure you of my continued support of this new leadership for a smooth transition,” lahad ni Liza.
Nagpapasalamat naman ang dating FDCP chair sa lahat ng mga film industry workers na nagbigay ng suporta at tiwala sa kanya habang pinamumunuan ang ahensya.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your love, support, trust sa loob ng anim na taon ng aking panunungkulan,” saad ni Liza.
Dagdag pa niya, “Maraming-maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat. Mabuhay po kayong lahat at mabuhay ang pelikulang Pilipino. This is chair Liza, signing off.”
Nitong Biyernes ng umaga naman ay nag-post ang dating FDCP chair ng isang liham mula sa Office of the President na nagtatakda sa kanya bilang chairperson ng ahensya sa holdover capacity hanggang August 7.
“The FDCP received official notice from the Office of the President that my holdover duties is until August 7. Turnover preparations are now ongoing for a smooth transition with our new Chair, Tirso Cruz III. Maraming salamat po sa inyong suporta. #FDCP #teamFDCP,” caption ni Liza sa kanyang post.
Matatandaang July 5 nang pumutok ang balita hinggil sa pagkakapili kay Tirso na maging kapalit niya bilang FDCP chairperson na nalaman na lang niya sa social media.
“I just wanna let you know that the agency has also read the latest development regarding the chairmanship of the FDCP online, and while we haven’t received any official communication from the Office of the President, that we are preparing for a smooth process sa transition and turnover ng FDCP to our new chair,” lahad ni Liza sa kanyang Facebook live noon.
Labis naman ang tuwa ni Tirso matapos niyang malaman ang balita base na rin sa naging panayam niya sa TV Patrol noong July 6.
“I’m honored I was chosen. Mabigat na trabaho ito at kailangan ko rin ng tulong ng council at iba pang kasama sa industriya.”
