7-week-old baby nina Slater Young at Kryz Uy kailangang operahan agad dahil sa ‘hernia’

NAG-ALALA ang mga social media followers ng mag-asawang Kryz Uy at Slater Young nang malamang may karamdaman ang kanilang 7-week-old baby na si Sevi.
Ibinahagi ni Kryz sa publiko na kailangang maoperahan agad ang bunsong anak nila ni Slater dahil sa pagkakaroon ng inguinal hernia.
Ayon sa isang health website, ang inguinal hernia ay nangyayari kapag ang isang tissue, tulad ng bahagi ng bituka, ay nakausli sa isang mahinang parte sa mga kalamnan ng tiyan, dahilan ng maaaring pag-inda ng sakit sa nabanggit na bahagi ng katawan.
Sa kanyang bagong vlog sa YouTube na in-upload kahapon, July 17, emosyonal nga nitong nabanggit ang kasalukuyang kundisyon ni Baby Sevi.
“Unfortunately, we discovered that Sevi has inguinal hernia and it needs to be operated on,” simulang pagbabahagi ng vlogger.
Patuloy pa niya, “Whenever he cries, it triggers the hernia to bulge out and I know he’s not supposed to experience pain when that happens but it still hurts my heart to see it.”

Nagtungo na rin daw sila sa ibang ospital para manghingi sa second opinion pero ganu’n pa rin daw ang diagnosis kay Baby Sevi.
Kasunod nito, ipina-schedule na agad ng mag-asawa ang operasyon ng anak. Hindi naman daw sila masyadong nag-aalala dahil hindi naman daw “rare disease” ang hernia at “confident” naman ang mga doktor sa gagawing surgery.
“I keep telling myself that I can’t be the mentally praning, scatter-brained mom. I have to be present and I have to be strong for Sevi.
“Even though it’s really difficult for me and even though I’m used to having my hand held, I’m gonna try to be strong this time around.
“Slater and I were saying that this whole thing with Sevi getting hernia, it caught us by surprise. We thought that Sevi is a healthy baby boy.
“But I realized that I’m still so incredibly thankful in spite all that has happened, because at the end of the day I still have one of life’s greatest luxuries, which is to be able to spend time with my kids,” pahayag pa ni Kryz.
Isinilang ni Kryz ang bunso nila ni Slater nitong nagdaang Mayo. Ang panganay nilang si Scott ay 2 years old na ngayon.
