Palagi raw kasi siyang yes nang yes noon sa lahat ng taong nakakasalamuha niya kahit na ayaw niya o labag nga sa kagustuhan niya.
“Speak up, it’s one thing I am not good at. I am a people pleaser, I always want to please people. Only recently, have I been semi-comfortable.
“I wouldn’t say I am a hundred percent there yet but only now do I speak up and say you know this is not really for me or this is making me uncomfortable, I think we should do it this way or that way.
“Before I was just like go, go, go, and sometimes I will find myself in awkward situations where it kind of put me in a depressed mode for a while because I was unhappy with the things I’ve done.
“Speak up, there are certain things that you may say to someone that doesn’t have to mean but that someone or that something will understand naman,” paliwanag pa ni Solenn.
