Arnell Ignacio nakikisakay lang daw sa kasikatan ni Vice Ganda: ‘Dapat mga trolls ang pagsabihan mo’

ARNELL Ignacio had us laughing.
Why? It’s because he was barking at the wrong tree.
Sinagot kasi niya ang aria ni Vice Ganda sa “It’s Showtime.” He gave a lecture on Vice Ganda about the franchise issue.
He conveniently forgot na hindi naman si Vice Ganda ang nagsimula ng issue tungkol sa franchise ng ABS-CBN kundi mga trolls, bashers at bayarang alipin.
Sinagot lang kasi ni Vice Ganda ang claim ng trolls and bashers na kaya lang masigasig ang Kapamilya artists na ikampanya si Vice President Leni Robredo ay dahil sa pag-asang kapag nanalo ang presidential candidate ay mababalik na ang prangkisa ng Dos.
“Ayan, sinagot kayo ni Vice kasi ang kukulit ninyo. Pinagbibintangan ninyo sila na kaya lamang sila sumusuporta para maibalik ang kanilang franchise.
“Ang sabi niya sa inyo, ‘Hoy, hindi na kami interesado. Hindi namin hinahabol yung franchise na ‘yan dahil meron nang may-ari,” say ni Arnell sa isang video.
Kasabay noon ay ang pagle-lecture nito sa “It’s Showtime” host, “Vice, walang may may-ari ng franchise kasi wala naman lumabas na franchise. At yun ay libre. Ang tinutukoy mo ay yung frequency.”
“Okay, let me explain. Yung franchise, puwedeng-puwede talaga ninyong i-apply muli.

“So, itong pagbibigay ninyo ng suporta, e, puwede talagang maidugtong du’n dahil kung saka-sakaling papabor yung susunod na administrasyon na the network will be resurrected, e, talagang it will go through the process. Pero hindi imposibleng ito na ay ma-grant.
“Next, the NTC, e, merong ina-assign na frequency para diyan sa mabibigyan ng prangkisa na mag-operate ng network. You need this frequency, ito yung channel, so you cannot go back to the previous channel that you were using before.”
That was Arnell’s explanation.
Well, Arnell, you tell it to the trolls kasi sila naman ang may assumption na hinahabol ng Kapamilya starts ang franchise.
It did not come from Vice Ganda. So, why did Arnell chose to address the issue to Vice Ganda and not to the trolls who started it?
We’d like to think na he’s riding on the coattails of Vice Ganda’s popularity. Dapat ang trolls ang kanyang pinagsabihan at hindi si Vice Ganda.
