IBINANDERA na ng Miss Universe Philippines organization ang 32 finalists na pumasok sa 2022 edition ng inaabangang national pageant.
Gaganapin ang grand coronation night sa darating na April 30 sa Mall of Asia Arena kung saan magsisilbing host sina Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere ng France at Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Tebow ng South Africa.
In-announce ng Miss Universe PH organization ang masusuwerteng finalists kahapon sa pamamagitan ng isang video kung saan makikita ang mga pinagdaanang hamon at pagsubok ng mga kandidata.
At mula nga sa 50 kababaihang nangarap na makarampa sa 2022 Miss Universe PH stage ay napili na ang 32 finalists na maglalaban-laban sa coronation night.
Kabilang sa mga challenges na pinagdaanan ng mga kandidata ay ang ang patalbugan sa swimsuit, fashion and runway, at casting video.
May naganap ding online campaign via Kumu livestreaming platform kung saan dalawa sa mga kandidata ang sigurado nang pasok sa finals.
Kabilang sa mga pumasok sa Final 32 ay sina Miss World Philippines 2019 Michelle Dee, Miss Earth Philippines 2018 Celeste Cortesi, Miss Universe Philippines 2020 3rd runner-up Pauline Amelinckx, at Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2019 Katrina Llegado.
