“TINUHOG” ni Miss International 2016 Kylie Versoza ang magkapatid na Paolo Gumabao at Marco Gumabao.
Pagkatapos pag-usapan ang maiinit na laplapan at sex scenes nila ni Marco sa Vivamax original movie na “My Husband My Lover”, naging hot topic din sa social media ang mga pinaggagawa nila ni Marco sa “Sisid.”
In fairness, isa rin si Kylie sa mga humahataw sa mga pelikula ng Viva Films at itinuturing na ngang isa sa mga reyna ng Vivamax dahil sa sunud-sunod niyang mga pelikula, ang latest nga ay itong bagong obra ni Brillante Mendoza na “Sisig.”
Sa nakaraang online mediacon ng movie, natanong namin si Kylie kung ano ang masasabi niya sa mga taong nagkokomento na puro bold movies at kabastusan lang daw ang ginagawa ng Vivamax.
“Vivamax as a platform offers a lot of other films, not just sexy ones. I even did a comedy with them, ‘Bekis on the Run’.
“And they also have action and other comedies, but they’re marketed in a certain way to project the sexiness, kasi, let’s face it, it sells.
“The truth is that ang Vivamax, mas matapang gumawa ng content, mas liberating, mas free kasi nga streaming siya, but it’s beyond just being sexy,” depensa ni Kylie.

Tulad na lang daw ng pelikul nilang “Sisid”, “Maganda ang kuwento nito, magaling ang direction and it even deals with relevant environmental issues. I really enjoyed doing it kasi it’s a different experience working with Direk Brillante Mendoza. Kakaiba siya.”
Inamin din ni Kylie na inatake rin siya ng matinding nerbiyos nang magsimula na ang shooting nila dahil first time nga niyang makatrabaho ang internationally acclaimed filmmaker.
“May kaba but I’m also excited at the same time. Sa beginning, nangangapa ako, but nakita ko agad what he needs.
“Biggest challenge ang style of acting niya. Ang gusto niya, mas nararamdaman mo as an aktor ang eksena and you can take it from there.
“Hindi yung basta mine-memorize mo lang yung lines mo. So I pressured myself na mas kailangang aralin ang role ko at galingan ko kasi he gives you a lot of freedom.
“We shot all over Mindoro. First time ko roon and we’re able to showcase its beauty in the film,” kuwento pa ng girlfriend ni Jake Cuenca.
Sa kuwento ng pelikula, gaganap siyang misis ni Paolo Gumabao, “Narinig ko na magaling siya and I confirmed it. Mahusay nga. I’ve worked with his older brother, Marco.
“And I can see Marco in him. It’s a nice experience working with both Direk Brillante and with Paolo. Nakakahawa ang energy ni Paolo and also ni Vince Rillon. Lagi silang bigay na bigay,” pahayag ni Kylie.
Aniya pa, “Maganda yung role ko as Abby. Mahal na mahal niya yung asawa niya and gagawin niya ang lahat for her husband.
“Then she finds out he has a secret pala. I enjoyed playing her. ‘Sisid’ is not just a sexy film kasi maganda ‘yung kuwento about love, sacrifice and acceptance,” dagdag pa niya.
Nagkaroon ng digital premiere night ang “Sisid” last week na dinaluhan ng cast members pati na ni Direk Brillante. Streaming na rin ito ngayon Vivamax Plus, ang latest pay-per-view service ng Viva Entertainment.
