Troy Montero nahawa na rin ng COVID-19, nag-quarantine sa garahe: It’s so painful!

NAPILITAN nang mag-self-quarantine ang actor-model na si Troy Montero matapos malamang tinamaan na rin siya ng COVID-19.
Nagpositibo sa coronavirus ang partner ni Aubrey Miles nitong sa kabila ng ginagawang pag-iingat at patuloy na pagpapalakas ng katawan sa pamamagitan ng regular workout at pag-inom ng food supplements. Bakunado na rin ang aktor pero nahawa pa rin siya ng virus.
Ayon kay Troy, nang makaramdam siya ng ilang sintomas ay agad na siyang nagpa-test at nang malaman nga ang resulta agad siyang nag-set-up ng “quarantine area” sa kanilang garahe para masigurong hindi mahawa ang kanyang pamilya.
Nag-post si Troy kahapon sa Instagram ng ilan niyang litrato na kuha sa isang clinic habang nagpapa-swab test siya, pati na ang resulta ng kanyang antigen test at ang lugar kung saan siya naka-isolate.
Aniya sa caption, “I tested positive for COVID-19 (both RT-PCR and antigen) After a positive antigen test, I went straight to the garage to set up my little recovery camp while scheduling a RT-PCR test.
“This was always our plan, if one of us caught the virus,” simulang pagbabahagi ng hubby ni Aubrey.
Patuloy pa niyang kuwento, “My symptoms: Sipon, like a cold, dry cough, fever, splitting headache, body ache, legs, forearms, my elbow joints, my ribs and hips.
“Besides the headache, the body ache for me is the worst feeling. It’s like sitting down but you can never get comfortable. You’re always shifting and moving every few seconds. It’s that painful,” paglalarawan ng aktor sa mga naramdamang sintomas.
Nagsimula raw bumuti ang pakiramdam niya sa ikaapat na araw ng kanyang quarantine, “I have been taking supplements and medicine for recovery and I am definitely feeling better.
“Symptoms are now quite mild on Day 4. I will continue my isolation until all COVID symptoms have passed. Then I’ll test again both RT-PCR and antigen,” lahad pa ni Troy.

Sa huling bahagi ng kanyang caption, sinabi rin ng aktor na naka-schedule na rin siyang magpa-booster ngayong buwan kasabay ng paalala sa publiko na huwag nang matakot magpabakuna.
“Praying for the safety of my family as a watch them from a distance. Stay safe out there, get vaccinated and please take care,” sabi pa ng partner ni Aubrey.
Biniyayaan ng dalawang anak ang celebrity couple, — sina Hunter at Rocket. May isa pang anak ang aktres sa dati niyang karelasyon.
