Angelina Cruz na-challenge bilang ‘third wheel’ sa DonBelle loveteam

IKALAWANG project ni Angelina Cruz ang “Love is Color Blind” at masasabing challenging ang papel dito ng panganay na anak nina Sunshine Cruz at Cesar Montano.
Siya kasi ang gaganap na “third wheel” sa loveteam nina Donny Pangilinan at Belle Mariano na bibida sa nasabing pelikula na idinirek ni Leo Garcia.
Kaya challenging ay dahil ngayon lang gaganap si Angelina sa ganitong karakter dahil ang nauna niyang project ay light lang ang role, ito’y sa sitcom noon nina Ellen Adarna at John Estrada na “John en Ellen” sa TV5.
Ang paliwanag ng dalaga sa ginanap na virtual mediacon ng “Love is Color Blind”, “My last project was actually a sitcom so very light lang siya and very different from filming a movie because it’s very detailed.
“Kaya I had to really learn, I had to adapt. And I got help naman from direk Leo. They were able to guide me naman when it comes to emotions and to really become my character,” kuwento ng dalaga.
Inamin din niyang ito na ang biggest break niya lalo’t Star Cinema pa ang producer nito, “I’m really so grateful to be able to be in a movie along with Star Cinema and of course DonBelle and to be able to play Iris.
“I feel like the viewers will find her very interesting. She’s an interesting character. She’s confident, she’s smart, and many more. They’ll find out sa movie. So I’m really grateful,” saad ng baguhang aktres.
Ang mommy Sunshine raw ni Angelina ang laging nagpapaalala sa kanya kung paano maging propesyonal.
“When I told my mom about it, na ito ang first project at first movie ko, she would tell me to master the script, practice your lines, the basic advice.
“But more importantly, to really know your characters well and to really know the idea of everything because that’s what really helps she told me.
“And actually during lock-in, if there are lines na parang hindi ko ma-pronounce well, I would ask her to send me voice memos. She would help me naman,” natatawang pagtatapat ng dalaga.
Dagdag pa niya, “It was fun. I actually knew Donny even before filming the movie because we worked together under the same record label and family friends din. So I looked forward to getting to know him more and I learned a lot because he would also help with some lines with some scenes.
“Working with DonBelle, I think they’re really close. You can really see their growth throughout the filming ng lock-in. They really help each other out and you can see that. They help each other grow as actors.
“I’m open to anything. I actually started just singing nu’ng una and I’ve always been open to acting and now I’m here so I’m open to anything,” pahayag pa niya.
Bukod sa DonBelle at kay Angelina, kasama rin sa “Love is Color Blind” sina John Lapus, Jeremiah Lisbo at Esnyr Ranollo with special participation of Lloyd Samartino, Ryan Bang at Eula Valdes.
