Bahagyang humina na ang Bagyong Kiko at kumikilos patungong coastal water ng Itbayat, Batanes.
Base sa 11 a.m. advisory ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration, namataan ang sentro ng bagyo sa karagatan ng Itbayat.
Taglay ng bagyo ang hangin na 205 kilometers per hour malapit sa sentro at pagbugso na 250 kilometers per hour.
Nakataas ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Number 4 sa Batanes habang nasa Signal Number 3 ang northeastern ng Babuyan Islands.
Nasa Signal Number 2 naman ang natitirang bahagi ng Babuyan Islands habang nasa Signal Number 1 ang northern portion ng mainland Cagayan (Santa Ana, Gonzaga, Lal-Lo, Gattaran, Lasam, Allacapan, Santa Teresita, Buguey, Aparri, Camalaniugan, Ballesteros, Abulug, Pamplona, Sanchez-Mira,Claveria, Santa Praxedes), northern portion ng Apayao (Flora, Pudtol, Luna, Santa Marcela, Calanasan), at northern portion ng Ilocos Norte (Pagudpud, Adams, Dumalneg, Vintar, Bangui, Burgos).
Inaasahang lalabas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility ang bagyo Linggo ng gabi o Lunes ng umaga at tutungo sa northward ng East China Sea.
