“I LOVE girls. I’ll set the record straight, I’m straight!”

Yan ang sinabi ng bunsong anak ni Kris Aquino na si Bimby patungkol sa kanyang sekswalidad.

Sa Q&A session ng mag-ina ay napag-usapan nila kung ano ang nararamdaman ni Bimby kapag may tumatawag sa kanyang gay or beki.

Mabilis na sabi ng bunsong anak ni Kris, “Wala I don’t really feel anything.”

Sabi ni Kris sa anak na hindi siya makikialam kung sinuman ang gustuhin ng anak.

“I want to bring this out also. Whatever you are, I’ll accept. I really don’t care, honestly. Whatever you choose to be, it will be fine with me for as long as you excel. I am so anti-homophobia (hirit ni Bimb I love gays. I love LGBTQ). Have you questioned yourself at all?” diretsong tanong ni Kris sa anak.

Kaswal na sabi ni Bimb, “No not at all. I love girls. I’ll set the record straight, I’m straight. I like women. I don’t like boys.

“O sige, if you think I’m gay, alright dude. But you do realize that the gay community sa Philippines is a strong community. And you do realize that I’m 14. It did not go through my mind, because I know what I am. I’m straight as an arrow.”

Hirit pa ni Kris, “Whatever you choose to be, it’s none of their business.”

Sagot ng binatilyo, “They’re entitled to their opinion on what they think about me, just as long as you don’t attack me. If you say, ‘I think Bimb is gay,’ I’ll respect that. I’ll say, ‘No, I’m not gay.’ But if you say, ‘Beki si Bimb, kadiri!’ That’s wrong. As long as you debate with someone at may respeto ka sa tao, okay lang, sure. If you have different opinions, okay lang ‘yan, sure.”

“Can we adopt a baby girl?” tanong ng mama ni Bimb.

“Yes, I allowed you like a year ago. Kuya is the one, not me,” kaswal na sagot ng anak.

Nabanggit ding hindi type ni Bimb sundan ang yapak ng kanyang lolo Ninoy, lola Cory at tito Noy na pumasok sa politika dahil mas type nitong maging duktor o negosyante

Kaya naman tuwang-tuwa ang mama Kris niya, “That is the best thing I have heard in my life. Because that’s my dream.”

Samantala, napag-usapan ng mag-ina ang tatay nitong si James Yap na sinabi ni Kris na hindi niya pinagbawalang magkaroon ng komunikasyon ang mag-ama.

Pero si Bimb na ang nagpaliwanag na hindi nage-effort ang tatay niyang kontakin siya

“He’s not the one trying to get in contact with me. I have a phone; it just takes 10-digits sa keypad to call me. And di niya ginawa in ilang years,” pagtatapat ng panganay ng basketbolista.
