Carmi na-shock nang magpositibo sa COVID; nagpasalamat kina Coney at Gladys
NA-SHOCK ang veteran actress na si Carmi Martin nang malamang tinamaan din siya ng COVID-19.
Kung hindi pa raw siya sumailalim sa swab test na isa sa requirement para makabalik siya sa trabaho ay hindi niya malalaman na nahawaan na rin siya ng killer virus.
Ayon sa aktres, wala raw talaga siyang naramdamang anumang sintomas ng COVID-19 kaya takang-taka siya kung bakit at paano niya nakuha ang virus.
Sa kanyang Facebook account, ibinahagi ni Carmi ang ilang detalye sa kanyang pagkakasakit hanggang sa maging isa nang COVID-19 survivor.
“Last September 13, I went to Philippine Red Cross for a swab test that was a requirement for a digital series under Star Cinema, then the following day, got the result that I was positive of COVID-19,” simulang pahayag ng aktres.
“I really felt bad because I have no symptoms except for my BP shoot up, and also for not able to do the project since I was so prepared and really was so excited to do it.
“The 2-week quarantine became a HONEYMOON WITH GOD. I spent each day with prayers and praying for others, singing beautiful songs for our Lord and listening to excellent preachings each day.
“Having a positive attitude, exercising and eating healthy food specially prepared made me recover well.
“I am also very thankful for all the people who supported me during this hard times,” pagpapatuloy pa ng magaling ding komedyana.
Nagpaabot din ng pasasalamat si Carmi sa lahat ng health workers qt ABS-CBN medical team na nag-assist at nag-alaga sa kanya habang nakikipaglaban sa virus.
Nabanggit din niya sa kanyang FB post ang mga kaibigang aktres na sina Coney Reyes at Gladys Reyes pati na si Pastor Paolo Punzalan na nagdasal para sa kanyang mabilis na paggaling.
Aniya pa, “Panginoong Diyos, salamat sa pagkakataon na mas lalo akong manalig sa IYO at maging blessing sa ibang tao na may mga pinagdadaanan sa panahon ng COVID.
“My 2-week quarantine was so precious because spending time with GOD will always be the BEST! PRAISE GOD for I am now COVID free!” ang dagdag pang mensahe ni Carmi.
