Dad ni Ogie pumanaw na: ‘My heart grieves knowing you are gone’

Pumanaw na ang ama ni Ogie Alcasid na si Hermino Alcasid Sr., ayon sa Instagram post ng OPM singer ngayong umaga ng Martes.

“I will miss you so much Dad. My heart grieves knowing you are gone but I am at peace because you are in the loving arms of our Father in heaven. I love you so much Daddy,” ang malungkot na pagbabalita ni Ogie.

Hindi binanggit ni Ogie, na ang buong pangalan ay Herminio Jose Alcasid Jr., kung ano ang dahilan ng pagpanaw ng kanyang ama.

Si Alcasid Sr. ay isang abugado at dating presidente at  chief executive officer ng Philippine National Oil Company Development and Management Corporation. Si dating Pangulong Benigno Aquino III ang nagtalaga sa kanya sa pwesto.

Nagpahayag ng kalungkutan at pakikidalamhati ang mga kapwa artista at musikero ni Ogie.

“So sorry to hear this. My deepest condolences,” ayon kay Concert Queen Pops Fernandez.

“Sorry to hear about your loss. My deepest condolences, @ogiealcasid and @reginevalcasid,” sabi naman ni Zsazsa Padilla.

“Prayers to you and your whole family. May your dad Rest In Peace,” ang pahayag ni Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez.

Ang iba pang celebrities tulad nina Marvin Agustin, Gloc-9, Marjorie Barretto, Daniel Matsunaga at maging ang broadcaster Bernadette Sembrano-Aguinaldo ay nagpahayag din ng pakikidalamhati.
