Meralco ‘big winner’ sa quarantine- lady solon

Meralco

“As majority of businesses are taking a heavy beating, Meralco is emerging as a big winner from the coronavirus pandemic,” ani Herrera. “But unfortunately, this is at the expense of its numerous consumers who felt they were overcharged for their power consumption during the lockdown and taken advantaged by Meralco as they experience the worst public health crisis of this generation.”

“With this kind of statement, Meralco is practically laying the basis for the outright dismissal of these consumer complaints,” saad pa ng lady solon. “The ERC should not let the complaints go unsolved, especially if these are valid.”
