MATATAPOS na ang anim na dormitoryo sa Quezon Memorial Circle kung saan maaaring tumira ang mga hospital workers.
Ayon kay Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Sec. Mark Villar minamadali na ang paggawa sa mga dormitoryo na mayroong 16 na kuwarto bawat isa. Ang bawat kuwarto ay maaaring tulugan ng dalawang tao.
Ang living quarters ay para sa mga hospital workers ng National Kidney and Transplant Institute, Philippine Heart Center, East Avenue Medical Center, Veterans Memorial Hospital, Childrens Hospital, at V. Luna General Hospital.
Dahil sa pandemya, isa sa problemang kinakaharap ng mga health workers ay ang lugar na mapagpapahingahan sa pagitan ng kanilang mga pasok.
Upang matugunan ito ang DPWH Task Force for Augmentation of Health Facilities at nagtatayo ng mga offsite dormitories.
May mga health workers na mas pinipili na hindi umuwi ng bahay sa takot na madala nila ang sakit at mahawa ang kanilang mga mahal sa buhay.
Nagsagawa na ng inspeksyon sa mga itinatayong dormitoryo.
