DAPAT manatili sa modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) ang Metro Manila at iba pang “high-risk” areas, base sa resulta ng pag-aaral na ginawa ng University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman.
Ayon sa mga researcher mula sa nasabing unibersidasld, mayroon pang 7,000 kaso ng Covid-19 na hindi pa naiuulat ng Department of Health (DOH).
Sinabi ni Political Science Department Assistant Professor Ranjit Rye na inirekomenda nilang ipagpatuloy ang pag-iral ng MECQ sa NCR dahil may delay sa pag-uulat ng Covid-19 infections ang DOH.
Ani Rye, base sa pag-aaral ng kanilang team ay mayroong 7,119 na indibidwal pa sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bansa ang nagpositibo sa sakit.
Mula umano Ito sa report ng 36 na testing centers sa bansa na hindi pa naisasama sa opisyal na bilang ng DOH, aniya.
