Pero ipagbabawal pa rin ang pag-inom sa mga pampublikong lugar restaurants, club, hotel, retail store, supermarket at mga katulad na establisyemento.
Maaari lamang umanong uminom sa loob ng bahay. Ipinagbabawal naman ang pag-imbita ng kapitbahay o kaibigan sa inuman.
Noong Marso 17 ipinatupad ang liquor ban sa siyudad matapos na isailalim sa Enhanced Community Quarantine ang Metro Manila.
