Lasing arestado sa pagmamaneho ng walang helmet, lisensya
ISANG 49-anyos na lalaki ang inaresto matapos umanong magmaneho ng motorsiklo ng walang suot na helmet at lisensya sa Quezon City.
Amoy alak pa umano si Oswald Abad, security guard, at nakatira sa Panther st., Sitio Veterans, Brgy. Bagong Silangan, nang maaresto ng pulisya.
Nagbabantay ang mga pulis sa quarantine control point sa kanto ng Dove at Faithful sts., Sitio Veterans, Brgy. Bagong Silangan, ng dumaan ang suspek alas-9:30 kagabi.
Dinala ang suspek sa Batasan Police station kung saan siya ipaghaharap ng kasong paglabag sa Anti-dunk driving law, Resistance and Disobedience to persons in authority, Bayanihan to Heal as One Act, at Driving without license.
