DepEd Secretary Briones nagnegatibo sa pinakahuling COVID-19 test

NAGNEGATIBO na sa pinakahuling coronavirus disease 2019 test si Education Secretary Leonor Briones.
“Early this morning nag-text sa akin si [Health] Secretary [Francisco] Duque na ang resulta ng test ko, sa akin lamang, ay negative,” ani Briones sa isang panayam sa telebisyon.
Inilarawan ni Briones ang kanyang naramdaman sa hiwalay na panayam na: “Para akong may death sentence na na-pardon at the last minute.”
Noong Abril 9 ay inamin ni Briones na siya ay nagpositibo sa COVID-test na isinagawa noong Abril 2. Si Briones ay 79-taong gulang na.
Siya ay nag-self quarantine matapos malaman na nagpositibo sa COVID-19 ang isang miyembro ng Gabinete na kanyang nakasalamuha.
Sumailalim din sa test ang kanyang mga staff.
