Nanay walang breastmilk, newborn baby pinadede ng frontliner cop

KAHIT sa checkpoint at pagpapanatili ng kaayusan naka-assign, hindi nagdalawang isip ang female police officer na tumulong sa kapwa niya babae sa pamamagitan ng pagpapadede ng bagong silang na sanggol nito.

Pinadede ni Patrolwoman Adelfa Bachicha Dagohoy ang newborn baby ng isang ginang na kinapos sa breastmilk matapos itong manganak sa Samar Provincial Hospital.

Nag-viral ang Facebook post ni Bhong David kung saan makikita ang unipormadong pulis na nakaupo at nagpapa-breastfeed sa labas ng ospital habang karga-karga ang sanggol na nakabalot sa lampin.

Hinangaan ng online community ang kabutihan ni Dagohoy; umani na ang post ng 4,200 positive reactions ang post at nai-share ng 11,000 beses.

Isa si Dagohoy sa mga police frontliners sa lalawigan kasunod ng enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) protocol ni Gov. Reynolds Michael Tan.

Itinala ng Samar unang kaso ng COVID-19 nang magpositibo ang 63-anyos na lalaki sa Calbayog City.  Tatagal ang ECQ sa probinsya mula April 1 hanggang 15.
