“His father and I are protecting him and his privacy from chismosas like you,” ang tugon ni Ellen.
Inamin niyang nagkaroon siya ng depression, anxiety at post-traumatic stress disorder, “I don’t really want to talk about it in detail, because it’s something really personal.
“But let’s just say so many things happened all at once, in a span of four months, less than four months… everything happened.
“All the bad things that I imagined happened, and so it was very traumatic.
“I am the type of person who bounce back quick. I move on fast, I was never really the depressive kind of person.
“I always had this thing in my mind that everything is gonna be okay. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end. I live by that quote,” lahad pa ni Ellen.
Aniya pa, “At that time I didn’t know what it was. I never had that anxiety that serious.
“At first, I thought that I was gonna die because everything was getting hard.
“My muscles were getting so stiff like I couldn’t breathe. I was just also very sad.
“I was in very dark place for two years, almost three years. I thought I wasn’t gonna snap out of it. It was that bad.”
