That was the last na hinawakan ni Ms. Stella Marquez de Araneta ang local pageant makaraan ng mahabang panahon. Si 2011 Miss Universe Chamsey Supsup now heads the organization.
Ipinakilala sa press ang mga candidates noong Feb. 14, pero ang masasabing unang public appearance nila was on Feb. 29 in what was called as pasarela or pageant walk na ginanap sa Bonifacio Global City kung saan kulay itim ang kanilang mga kasuotan.

Hindi na bago sa pageant world si Bella as she represented Barangay BF Homes and won the title Binibining Parañaque in 2014. She also won first runner up in 2018 Century Tuna Superbods contest.
Ang kanyang amang si Charlie na isang radio DJ at The Breed vocalist and Margie are cousins. On her mother’s side, lola naman niya ang veteran actress na si Marita Zobel.
Just like her aunt, ballet dancer and a supporter of Filipino arts din si Bella.
