Pero ang tapos pa po ng konrata ko sa kanila ay February 3, 2020. Nagsara po ito dahil kulang kulang sa permit.
Ang sabi lang po sa amin noon ay two to three weeks lang magsasara pero umabot umabot na ng Decemberay wala pa ring nangyari. Ang palaging sinasabi lang sa amin ay malapit nang magbukas dahil inaasikasona ang permit.
Ngunit hanggang ngayon ay sarado pa rin po sila at ang sinasabi pa rin sa amin ng HR namin ay maghintay pa rin po kami at maghanap muna ng sideline.
Ang iba sa amin ay inabutan na ng end of contract gaya ko dahil sa tagal ng pagsasara. May habol po ba kami? Or may rights po ba kami? Maraming salamat po. Sana ay matulungan n’yo kami.***REPLY: The floating status of the employee may not be paid. It is the duty of the company to reinstate the employee within six months.
If the company failed to do so within such period, employees will be entitled to separation pay. The employee may not receive such payment if within the floating status he was employed in another agency/company.
However, the employee should have informed by the employer about floating status.
