Belmonte kinumpima na 3 residente ng QC kabilang sa mga nagpositibo sa COVID-19

INIHAYAG ni Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte na tatlo sa 24 na kaso ng coronavirus disease (COVID-19) na nauna nang inihayag ni Pangulong Duterte ay residente ng lungsod.

Idinagdag ni Belmonte na ang unang kaso ay 57-anyos na residente ng Baler Street, samantalang ang pangalawang kaso ay isang residente ng iisang condominium sa kahabaan ng Tomas Morato.

Ang ikatlong kaso ay isang residente ng Project 6, na naunang binanggit ni Duterte sa kanyang press conference Lunes ng gabi.

“Yung una po, masasabi ko nang Baler Street, I think that person is about 57 years old,” sab ni Belmonte.

Ayon kay Belmonte nagsasagawa na ng contact tracing ang lokal na pamahalaan sa unang kaso para matiyak kung may nahawaan ang pasyente.

“Wala pa naman [silang] pinapakitang sintomas as of now at na-self quarantine na po sila,” she said about the family of the infected patient.

Sinabi pa ni Belmonte na nasa 30s ang pangalawang kaso na residente ng condominium building sa Tomas Morato-Timog. Naka-confine ang pasyente sa isang pribadong ospiyal sa Quezon City, Belmonte.

“When I learned about it… tinawagan ko na rin po yung kapitana, yung mga health officials po natin, at nakausap na po yung management ng condominium,” dagdag ni Belmonte.

“While there was nobody in the condo at that time, na-disinfect na po yung building (the building has been disinfected),” dagdag ni Belmonte.

Hinahanap na ang kapatid na babae ng pangalawang kaso ng COVID-19 sa Quezon City para isailalim sa quarantine.

Nakatakda namang bisitahin ng mga opisyal ang pangatlong kaso.

“Pero hahanapin pa po nila yung address that was given to us is not accurate kaya hahanapin pa namin the correct address for that one,” ayon pa kay Belmonte.
