‘No touch policy’ kay Duterte sa harap ng banta ng COVID-19

SINABI ng Presidential Security Group (PSG) na mahigpit nitong ipapatupad ang ‘no touch policy’ kay Pangulong Duterte sa harap ng banta ng coronavirus disease (COVID-19) sa bansa.

Iginiit ni PSG Commander Col. Jesus Durante na ito’y para matiyak ang kaligtasan ni Duterte matapos namang umakyat ang kaso ng COVID-19 sa 10.

“PSG will strictly implement preventive measures against the virus to ensure the safety of PRRD and the first family. Specifically, PSG will implement the no touch policy to the president. Personalities expected to get near the president especially during meetings and events will be thoroughly screened and tested for any illness related to ncov19,” sabi ni Durante.

Idinagdag ni Durante na sakop ng kautusan ang mga pulitiko, dignitaries at PSG personnel.

“Large crowd gatherings with PRRD as guest of honor and speaker shall be assesed and could be cancelled not only for his safety but also for the attendees. Likewise, all established health protocols and preventive measures are continuously in effect to all PSG personnel and the whole Malacañang Complex. The PSG, together with members of OP EMC, are observing these preventive measure, based on the guidelines setforth by DOH,” ayon pa kay Durante.
